A request from the Disability Resource Center (DRC)

The DRC recently transitioned to a new accommodation management system called Accessible Information Management (AIM). AIM is set up to pull course information from the University's common data layer so that it can send accommodation letters to anyone who is listed as a Primary Instructor or Secondary Instructor of a class. Whenever possible, please list actual instructors of a class in CCS as a Primary Instructor or Secondary Instructor to help ensure that accommodation letters are sent to the appropriate instructors. We understand there are certain circumstances when other instructor roles are used for Canvas, grading, or other purposes. Because accommodation letters contain sensitive information, we want to ensure they are only shared with the correct people.
