Twin Cities campus filters are now available in Astra Schedule as an option for the "view only" grid calendars.
To view calendars with these filters, please complete the following steps:1. Visit the Astra Schedule home page, but do not log in.
2. Click on the "Calendars" tab, then "Scheduling Calendars."
3. In the upper right-hand corner, choose the "View-Only Twin Cities General Purpose Classrooms" calendar.
4. Once the campus calendar loads, go to "Filter" on the upper right-hand side of the screen. In the drop-down menu, choose All East Bank, All St. Paul, or All West Bank.
5. All rooms for the chosen area will appear. Scroll down to see the activity for each date selected.
