Standard meeting times in CCS

Did you know you can find all of the standard meeting times for class setup in PeopleSoft? Standard meeting times are listed behind the Look Up button by the Std Meeting Start/End times field on the Meetings tab in UM CCS Maintain Sched of Classes page.

 

First, you’ll click on the Look Up button (magnifying glass), then select the days the class will be meeting, and click the Look Up button again.

The results will show the standard meeting times for those days on the campus the class is on.

Why are stand meeting times important for classes?

• They allow students to build better schedules with less conflicts.
• They promote easier degree completion.
• You are guaranteed to get a GPC assigned to a class, if needed.
