Last Call: Fall 2022 final exam requests

If an in-person or blended class is planning to have an in-person final exam, the Final Exam Request form must be filled out to request a classroom to conduct the final exam. This same form can be used to notify us of any changes that need to be made to a final exam, including:

• New date and time of exam
• Length of exam
• Request a specific classroom
• Request alternate seating
• Request specific room features

You can submit up to five classroom/change requests per submission. The deadline to submit these requests for fall 2022 is October 28, 2022. Final exams will not be scheduled until after the deadline.

New Final Exam Request form

For fall 2022, we have created one form that will allow you to both request a classroom for a final exam and/or inform us of any changes that need to be made to a final exam, called the Final Exam Request form. You can submit up to five classroom/change requests per submission.

The deadline for a final exam request is October 28, 2022 for fall 2022.

This is the final reminder for the new final exam request process. If a classroom assignment is needed for an in-person or blended class’s final exam, departments need to let OCM know a room is required by filling out the In-Person Final Exams Request form, and we will schedule one for you. Please have this form filled out by October 1, 2021.

The final exam schedule (the date and time for when a final exam is to take place based on when the class was held during the term) is still in place and is available on the One Stop website.
