Any in-person or blended class that is having an in-person final exam must fill out a Final Exam Request form to request a classroom to hold the final exam (an instructor or departmental scheduler can fill out the form). Please remind instructors that this deadline is fast approaching and that the requests for a classroom should be in by April 3, 2026.
