Many emails are sent to instructors before and during a semester. These targeted emails are usually sent to the instructor(s) of a class listed in CCS. We have heard back from some instructors who have retired that they, understandably, no longer want to receive emails.
As a reminder, instructor information does roll forward in CCS, and we rely on our schedulers to keep this information current. Just as you are able to add instructors to a class section, you also are able to delete instructors just as easily. Please take a moment to review your classes in CCS and make adjustments to the instructor information as needed.
